The website provides general information about QuietHelm's managed IT, security, Microsoft 365, AI automation and technology project services. Website content is not a substitute for a customer-specific assessment, professional advice or a signed service agreement.
Submitting an enquiry or support request does not by itself create a managed-services contract, guaranteed response time or emergency-support obligation. Commercial scope, service hours, responsibilities, pricing and service levels are agreed separately in writing.
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private keys or other authentication secrets through website forms. Existing customers should follow the support and remote-access procedures agreed for their environment.
